      The workers are good people and try their best.

      Inconvénients

      Working conditions are primitive at best. No training. No support from my manager. Unable to make improvements or changes for the better. Long hours. No recognition.

      Avantages

      Hours were good. Worked with good people at the site level and good people in the IT dept at Corporate. Received a raise each year. Great business concept. Great IT dept

      Inconvénients

      Managemant is unable to communicate efficiently with their employees. They do not realize the value of those at the site level and do not appreciate their employees. There is minimal training. Responsibilities are far outside of the scope of the job description. The expectation of what you are to do does not come with the dollars or the title for this responsibility.
