Management not helpful at all
Bad Micro Management even if they say they don't
Pay is low compared to similar roles in other companies
Bonuses are a joke for the amount of work they ask us to do
They say that they care about the well being of the employees but when you try to talk to them they don't listen, lots of mental breakdown but they don't really care
You can't have holidays for Christmas, of course most of the management have their families in the same country you work in but they don't think about the Expats that maybe didn't spend Christmas with their families for a while, they believe its normal but clients are closed during the holiday period and other companies with similar roles authorize holydays at this time of the year.
High turnover but they are not worried why, for them its the employee's fault and that's it, they don't reconsider themselves, nothing.
No trust in employees, can check everything you do.
No help whatsoever during Covid-19 to make us feel better or to work in better conditions, ok you can do pick up a chair but it's not enough, electric bills are hire, again mental health is not supported even if they say the opposite.
Health Insurance benefits are too low.
Don't expect a career development except if you are "friend" with management.
This company is all about money money money, at some point it's too much
