      Help from IT, HR, Fleet, Property and other divisions is non existent be a good self supporter to achieve Leadership is not good, lots of blame to go around as long its not on them They will however happily take credit

      Positive and Encouraging environment. Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow.

      Inconvénients

      The higher ups had their own politics which came in-between day-to-day job for people in management and above positions.
