      Avantages

      The company is understanding and makes it easier to have a healthy work-life balance. Also, ServerLogic covers a lot of the cost of insurance and provides a good amount of PTO.

      Inconvénients

      More emphasis on culture and team building would be appreciated.

      Avantages

      Their benefits were be the best I have ever had outside of a Fortune 500 company. They paid 100% of my medical insurance and 70% for my family. Kathlene was a super recruiter and great to work with. I converted to full time after six months, but they continue to follow up with me to ensure I am happy

      Inconvénients

      Cannot think of any. At first they were not matching 401K, but now they do that.
