Avantages
Tech stack is very modern, with a lot of cool things being used. Lead devs are very open to improving the tech stack and keeping it up to date. Team overall is great and I enjoyed my time there. Everyone is very friendly and the team is professional and passionate about creating the best product they can. The people team do a great job of bringing everyone together with regular lunches and nights out, along with lots of other little nice things to brighten your day a bit! Seniors & lead devs are all very approachable, very talented and you will learn a lot from them. If you are considering joining SA, you won't regret the jump.
Inconvénients
Lack of transparency from upper management. It'd be good to know more about the health of the company, what the plans going forward are with roadmaps and hiring plans etc. Always felt like there was a lot of secrecy going on in this regard. Annual review process wasn't really well structured and 1 - 1 meetings weren't really happening, however this might have improved since hiring the new frontend team lead.
