Avantages
Sentenium is a close knit company that works well together. When company gets busy, everyone in the company pitches in to help from interns to management. You have a relatively flexible work schedule, as long as the work is completed. All the employees are willing to help each other out.
Inconvénients
Sometimes when the company gets really busy, you need to work very late and on weekends to complete projects on time. Usually these are data collection/processing projects that need to be entered and quality checked. All employees start out as contractors and need to win a bid or contract for the company to become a full-time employee.
