      An alternative and supportive home education experience with a learner-centred philosophy and lovely ideals. Remote work. Flexibility (not always during office hours) for when deliverables are achieved.

      Inconvénients

      Learning Consultants (educators) are the lowest-paid in the industry. Workloads increase with no compensation.

      Avantages

      SelfDesign is doing cutting edge work in the education space. No other organization understands how humans learn like SelfDesign. The organization is distributed so you can work from home. People are genuinely caring and are working at SelfDesign because they believe in the mission.

      Inconvénients

      It is experiencing growing pains. Communication systems are insufficient. Sometimes you feel isolated and don't know how your work fits with the whole.
