      Avantages

      The benefits are pretty good.

      Inconvénients

      Each individual in the management team has their own agenda. They do not work together for the benefit of the employees nor the company. There is an "inner circle" within management and even if these managers are incompetent they are protected and allowed to do whatever they please. This includes dehumanizing the people below them. People get into trouble for voicing their opinions. People are afraid that the management is going to use their power to fire them for personal reasons that does not have anything to do with work performance.

      Avantages

      The service and product are beneficial to all that use it- Its free to consumers. You are working towards an end result that is positive and makes a difference. Teams care about success of the company and the mission. People are passionate and have a vested interest. Overall one of the best company cultures I have worked for. When I come to work I feel proud of our product and what the company has accomplished.

      Inconvénients

      Backed by a major company - This is a positive in all aspects, except it does come with added procedures that are controlled internally.
