      Avantages

      Good place to earn experience if you don't mind the constant micro managing, can be a foot in the door to a good IT career

      Inconvénients

      -Management has a severe disconnect with its employees -Communication inside the company is shaky, things get missed often. -Locking employees into unheard of contracts, asking for a 2 month notice to resign or you risk being sued.

      Avantages

      Great company with lots of freedom and ability to learn about the different fields in IT. Family oriented and very understanding with days off/emergencies.

      Inconvénients

      No cons that I can think.

      There are some good employees here to learn from.

      Inconvénients

      The owner of the company is an absolutely horrible person. He is a flat out narcissist. He lies to his employees and his clients about everything. Literally don't believe a single thing that ever comes out of this guy's mouth. He never keeps any promise he makes. He does only what is in the best interest of himself time and time again.
