      Avantages

      Nice people. IT Distribution can be chaotic, as any job can be, and I think ScanSource does a great job at facilitating a healthy, engaged and nurturing wonderful work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Pay. When I applied to a position there in 2018ish; the same job in 2023 was the same salary.

      The company is well known in the area, so if you have experience at ScanSource, it will help you to get a decent paying job at another company.

      Inconvénients

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
