      Avantages

      Executive management values their employees and treats them as such. They are highly visible and make sincere efforts to know their employees. Great environment.

      Inconvénients

      Present systems are effective and do a good job, but they are in need of some updating which is upcoming.

      The company is well known in the area, so if you have experience at ScanSource, it will help you to get a decent paying job at another company.

      Inconvénients

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
