Avantages
fun culture, young staff with an average employee age of 30, lots of events with food and drinks provided.
Inconvénients
The nice culture does not make up for the lack in pay. Sales reps 1-2 years make between 30-45K depending on experience and education. Reps of 3-4 years make 55K , and reps with 5 -6 years experience at scansource make 65K These are extremely low compared to the industry, and the commission incentives on top of your salary are a joke , you get maybe a few hundred dollars extra if you can sell 1 million dollars over quota .
