      Avantages

      Easy to get a job with a college degree, people are pretty laid back and workloads are relaxed. Lower level management is accessible and generally won’t micro manage.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, promotions and raises are a battle, senior management disregards employee sentiment. CEO is hyper fixated on growth, not sustainability.
