ScaleMatrix is a team-centric organization that drives innovation and celebrates hard work and accomplishments. We support each other and I work with very smart coworkers. I get excited to talk to my network about our solutions and company culture. ScaleMatrix has made many improvements to our company culture including team structure, product offerings, remodeled lobby and offices, new water dispensers, all hands meetings, employee birthday celebrations, and more. Leadership listens!
Inconvénients
Not enough people play ping pong or foosball. We need more players so that we can have quarterly tournaments with Foosball Champion t-shirts for winners.
