      - Some areas have mediocre people in management working there, who shouldn’t be there. - There is a big division between union and management. - Some areas can have bad management

      Avantages

      Great people, great benefit, flexible schedule. Work pressure is minimal. OT is non existent.

      Inconvénients

      Job is not very challenging. I was in a union position so everything is based on seniority. I ended up with quitting the job and started my own company.
