Avantages

Great philanthropy and people are very friendly. Products are great and stores are beautiful.

Inconvénients

Very old technology and old school management style. Trust and Fairness is an issue.

Fun job for some exercise, and possibly shopping for yourself

Expectations are constantly increasing, management often doesn’t understand the needs for the department
