Avantages
If you were hired before the 2005 major contract changes then the medical, dental, vision, and holiday salary are EXCELLENT. Pay is good and can quickly increase with promotions.
Inconvénients
If you were hired after the 2005 major contact changes the medical, dental, vision are OK. Holiday salary is non-existent. Pencil pushers come for a visit and you have to jump through hoops for the 1 hour visit making the store look like a diamond even though everyone knows it only looks that way for that visit, and will go back to hell afterward.
