      Some staff do amazing work with clients and get brilliant results

      Inconvénients

      Whistle-blowers are paid out the company to keep politics and unsafe practices silenced. Top management and staff have personal relationship creating conflict of interest with teams. If he/she' likes you, you are lucky. It all depends how personally they like you not about merits.

      chosen for role at a mock interview, practical training to help me succeed in interviews and get a job e.g. cv writing etc... Also a year support to help me get a job. Check your mental health, put you in mood to find jobs.
