Avantages

Good place to work good salary plenty of opportunity to improve and to move up the ladder,also good conditions

Inconvénients

Some issues with management who's attitude towards ordinary members of staff wasn't great also had to work shift on two cycle

relatively good job security for now

the promotion system or bonus system does not encourage hard work or innovation. hard work is not rewarded.
