      Its a big lab and you learn a lot, bagels on pay day, nice facility

      Management changes, no real plan for workload and quality management.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Inconvénients

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
