      Good working conditions, flex hours

      Low salaries, some people work more than 15 years and very resistant to any even small changes, despite they can make their life easier.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Inconvénients

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
