      Avantages

      Work load wasn't too bad and people were friendly. I enjoyed being able to work remotely when I needed to and had autonomy over my work.

      Inconvénients

      doesn't seem that there is many opportunities to move up

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Inconvénients

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
