      Process maturity is lacking hence failures despite having a good talent at hand. Offshore addition is just to show offshore presence and compete but the quality of offshore resources is horrible

      There are smart people here.

      Inconvénients

      I am a high performer, was brought over to help build out a new part of the business only to find out most of the leaders don’t even work on a regular basis. Most people buying their time until Insight finally drops the big axe. Just about every detail of my offer and how the job was explained is a complete lie. I keep hearing about the once great legend of SADA, but it no longer exists.
