      * Highly driven by internal politics and existing relationships, so newcomers will not be able to make an impact * Office is split between a nice office across from a park, and the other is a converted loft above the manufacturing wing with no parking or heating * Non-disclosure on all social media, so don't expect LinkedIn building or even basic networking
