Avantages

Open, Honest Culture. Value Driven team. Challenging and exciting problem solving work that matters. Not your conventional workplace. We don't look for standard employees who need processes and standards written and in place to act accordingly. Ryonet values team work, and passionate effort by a variety of diverse skill sets. If you are looking for a place to simply be employed, DO NOT CONSIDER RYONET. But, if you want to put your passion to work and love what you do, this is the greatest place on earth.

Inconvénients

You have to work more than 45 hours / week if you are on salary. This might be a con to some people. We have a small workforce, less than 60 people and 2 locations, so you don't get to fly under the radar and coast.
