Rylem is fantastic to work with as a consulting partner. From the initial outreach to the final onboarding, their communication was top-notch. Payroll is always on time, and their team frequently checks in to make sure you have everything you need to succeed on the job. Highly recommend them if you're looking for solid tech or finance contract placements.

The biggest downside is the typical agency contract structure. Benefits packages are relatively basic and expensive. Additionally, once you are placed with a client, you don't hear from your HR rep very often unless you actively reach out with a paycheck issue. There's also very little transitional support or job-search help when your contract is nearing its end date.

Only real gripe I had while working with this agency was the time card system, only because of how manual and tedious the process can be. But this is a simple minor inconvenience.
