Avantages

They encourage you to be honest and straight forward with guests. Employees don't work on commission, but instead on volume, which means you as a salesperson make the same amount on a car no matter the cost. It encouraged the sales team to want to help the guest find the vehicle the guest wants rather than try to force them into something more expensive.

Inconvénients

Hours vary depending on how busy you are. Can easily work a 12 hour day and not sell a car. Expected to work Saturdays and on days off.
