Inconvénients

*1099- no benefits, no paid training, no business cards or flyers to do the job adequately *Training only tells you about the company * Weekly hourly calls during time could be earning *Unorganized *followed the chain of command, person who hired me quit, emailed Eric the CEO, unresponsive * in past sales jobs, they teach or show you how to close, present, who to speak, ect. -Not here * sales process isn’t streamlined, no real way of tracking leads. * Sign up process is disorganized, lose clients in sign up phase.

Avantages

I was optimistic about the remote position.

Inconvénients

1099 position, meaning $0 pay unless sales were closed. One of the executives hopped on the initial training call and "gently" recommended closing sales by flirting and "working what we had." 90% of the attendees were women and I could tell I was not the only one put off by the comment. I voiced this to company leaders, in which I did not receive a response. Very disappointing.
