Senior management communication is very poor. Frequent “urgent” requests often result from management disorganization rather than genuine urgency. Leadership involvement can disrupt project progress due to lack of expertise in certain areas. Stress levels are high across most roles due to unclear direction and communication issues. Client information is often poorly cascaded, leading to inefficiencies. Wellbeing initiatives exist in name but are not actively supported.
