      Avantages

      There's a lot of professors in the school because it's so big that it's easy to find a professor who needs an assistant. You can email or ask them directly, most will refuse you but some will give you an opportunity and even pay.

      Inconvénients

      It's honestly dependent on the professor, some may be a little disorganized and won't get back to you because they're busy

      Avantages

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Inconvénients

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
