      Avantages

      Tuition remission if that applies to you, great coworkers, some of the supervisors are great

      Inconvénients

      Money centered, this company would be amazing if it actually focused on client care like they say they do. UBHC does not care for employee wellbeing or work life balance. Caseloads in outpatient are overwhelmingly large and intake coordinators are often overwhelmed. Evolution to improve the workplace takes 5x as long due to red tape. Also do not pay or help with CEU's at all.

      Avantages

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Inconvénients

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
