      Avantages

      I was part of the event staff during the football season. The majority of the staff there were students doing part time work or adults getting a little cash on the side. Everyone was very nice, we were trained for our roles and kept them throughout the season so it was very stable, and we were never asked to do things that we were not prepared for.

      Inconvénients

      Working outside during the winter has it's own set of challenges. Dealing with rowdy and intoxicated patrons can be difficult.

      Avantages

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Inconvénients

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
