      Avantages

      Great bosses, friendly environment, you can study while you work, be around knowledge, everyone is helpful, meet interesting people. The hours were flexible and built around my schedule, and I always got time off when I needed it. Working during final netted me plenty of extra cash. You'll feel like it's home.

      Inconvénients

      Mediocre pay, no benefits as a student worker

      Avantages

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Inconvénients

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
