      Avantages

      Where I worked the management was amazing and really took care if their workers. They would comply and try to work around any issues with respect to the worker and the management.

      Inconvénients

      The only bad thing in my opinion was that the pay was structured to be given out every two weeks. It would be better for me if it was every week. That is much more convenient in mu opinion to someone who needs the money.

      Avantages

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Inconvénients

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
