      Avantages

      Everyone was so helpful. Really great, Wisconsin based company. Still maintain insurance though them.

      Inconvénients

      Primarily working alone was difficult. The questions I had were redundant and I could sense the irritation of my superiors.

      Avantages

      Flexible work schedule and locations, excellent benefits, potential for yearly bonus

      Inconvénients

      Claims program utilized is proprietary and a bit cumbersome. Improvements are in the works, and what I witnessed before leaving indicates more improvements are to come.

      Avantages

      The people are nice and don't go out of their way to be mean to you.

      Inconvénients

      There's a nightly batch job written horribly in some old language with no control structures that fails a lot. You have to be on call to support it and it fails overnight at least once a week. They don't care about fixing it.
