      Medium size company, great benefits, opportunities to work from home, friendly employees and awesome Employee Fun Club onsite.

      Inconvénients

      Currently can only wear jeans in the home office on Fridays. Flex time is only offered during the summer - would like this offered year round.

      Avantages

      Flexible work schedule and locations, excellent benefits, potential for yearly bonus

      Inconvénients

      Claims program utilized is proprietary and a bit cumbersome. Improvements are in the works, and what I witnessed before leaving indicates more improvements are to come.

      Avantages

      The people are nice and don't go out of their way to be mean to you.

      Inconvénients

      There's a nightly batch job written horribly in some old language with no control structures that fails a lot. You have to be on call to support it and it fails overnight at least once a week. They don't care about fixing it.
