Avantages
Rukita is a place where I was able to grow a lot as an engineer while working on impactful products. I appreciated the trust placed in me to take ownership of challenging features and improve the frontend architecture. Inconvénients
At times the workload could be intense, especially when handling multiple projects across different platforms simultaneously. Some legacy code and technical debt made certain tasks more difficult than they needed to be. Priorities could shift quickly, which sometimes created uncertainty in planning and delivery. Communication across teams occasionally became challenging due to the fast pace and limited resources. Overall, while these challenges pushed me to grow, they also highlighted areas where processes and structure could improve.
