You will meet some of the kindest and most hardworking people who genuinely care about what they do. The ground team is passionate and resilient, often holding things together despite poor direction. The projects can be exciting and meaningful if you are resourceful enough to figure things out on your own.

Inconvénients

Behind the polished image is a culture where silence is safer than honesty. Leadership talks about collaboration but makes decisions behind closed doors, then reshapes the story after. Accountability is selective. Praise moves upward while blame moves downward. New senior hires arrive with impressive titles but unclear purpose. Many talk a lot but contribute little to the actual work. Meanwhile, those who carry the real weight are left overworked and underappreciated. Over time, the people with integrity either burn out or quietly move on. The system protects hierarchy, not fairness. When real issues arise, those at the top look away. Regional leadership excels at optics, not action. HR functions more as a formality than as support. You quickly learn that doing the right thing can make you stand out for the wrong reasons, while keeping quiet helps you survive.

Leadership quality has declined significantly in recent years. Juniors must absorb additional work and compensate for gaps in communication & organization because senior members are all but absent. High performers are rewarded with more work rather than meaningful recognition or advancement opportunities. Being a strong employee just meant receiving a disproportionate share of the workload and not being listened to when change would have been beneficial for my growth. The company is heavily focused on AI at the expense of critical thinking and professional judgment. The emphasis feels misplaced and creates additional rework rather than improving efficiency. Morale is low, turnover is high, and teams are stretched thin. Hiring has not kept pace with turnover, resulting in increased workloads for remaining employees. The culture has shifted noticeably from a collaborative environment to one where many employees feel unheard and disengaged.
