      Avantages

      Great culture. The people are nice. The work events are fun.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of travel. At least a third of the year in my case. I don’t think it’s consistent. Some are less fortunate than others.

      Avantages

      Good company to work for if you're new to the automation industry. RBT is leading in data center control system integration and has great opportunities for development.

      Inconvénients

      Company anticipates employees to travel to demanding sites in the data center sector, thus if you request to stay locally, there may be concerns and it could affect your ability to move up (either the technical route or management).
