      Toxic leadership and declining product drive employees away - Avis employé Director Routeware

      Avantages

      Some colleagues are genuinely trying to help and do good work. The customers are more forgiving than I have ever seen in any company.

      Inconvénients

      The product is on a downward spiral. Customers are always frustrated. Tons of customers looking for an out. Routeware is losing revenue like no one's business. There is a new c -suite. No one interviewed. They all just brought their friends and gave eachother higher titles at Routeware. The new leadership has brought clear biases, micro management, and bad behaviors that has been sending people running for the hills. They are pushing out women and people of color, planning to add software that takes pictures of your screen every 30 minutes, and just overall, the opposite of what the company needed. Unsure if the board knows what these guys are up to but this company is going under and I suggest you get off/not get on the ship. Even if you desperately need a job, I promise you...this is not the place to go.

      Management-heavy, disconnect between company goals and customer happiness,ridiculously heavy reliance on AI that borders on delusional, very little opportunity for advancement, Sales/management feels like an ol' boys club,

      Thank you for the honest feedback, and for the time you spent at Routeware. We're glad the flexibility and PTO worked well for you. We do want to set one point straight. Our Chief Product Officer is a woman, and our senior leadership is not all white. We're proud of that and intend to keep building on it.
