Avantages

Initially as a new hire you will be welcomed, but that is for a limited time. (It is also to get the rookies comfortable enough to then slam tons of office drama their way).

Inconvénients

Please see the above pros field. Nepotism is a big problem also there are several connected people in the company's upper echelon that are treated as infallible. Rules are not applied very evenly and training is sparse.
