      Avantages

      - Competent management who are empathetic and kind - Good communication between all levels of employees - Excellent technology and responsive bug-fixers (a must for online schools!) - Office has a nice, open environment; staff friendly - Good, clear, and concise paid training - Responsibilities are clear and reasonable. Grading turnaround time is very fair. - Conducive to a healthy work-life balance

      Inconvénients

      - Pay for OT is slightly low after they revamped the grading requirements for Online Teachers, but still very fair

      Avantages

      Lots of autonomy in managing my own workflow and responsibilities. No micro-managing management. Most people in management seem to genuinely care about the quality of education they provide, and the products and services that the company provides have real value for students.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of certainly or clarity from CEO in project planning. Lots of last-minute events and ideas that required additional hours exceeding what the team was capable of.
