      Avantages

      1. Offers equal opportunity. 2. So much to learn ( I learnt more at Roposo than I did during my graduation ). 3. Humble and easily approachable co-founders. 4. Understands the true meaning of work-life balance. 5. Work hard and party harder situation going on there in full honesty. 6. They feed you like their own.

      Inconvénients

      1. Sometimes you may have to fight for what you deserve (responsibilities and compensation). 2. You will gain weight (but you can keep competing with the CTO and stay in the game)

      Avantages

      There was no delay in salary

      Inconvénients

      -Salary details were not explained clearly in the beginning - Requested for Employment contract document (but when I insisted, they gave me a Word file of one page which described leave days) - Hard to work remotely as it is difficult to report your higherups(if done, they will team up and turn against you)
