Avantages

There are genuinely brilliant hardworking people across the teams. The individual contributors and day to day teammates are fantastic supportive and highly talented but a great team can only do so much to compensate for systemic executive failures.

Inconvénients

If you are considering a role here proceed with caution and evaluate your risk tolerance carefully. The overarching leadership style struggles to manage internal alignment which frequently leads to chaotic environments shifted timelines and highly flawed product rollouts. A massive part of the issue is that the executive team seems to have no real Go To Market strategy. They do not know how to position or sell what they build. This was perfectly illustrated by their recent disastrous rebranding effort which was a classic example of relying on marketing smoke and mirrors to distract from core product and financial instability. They aggressively hype the product line as a revolutionary breakthrough when it is essentially just standard enterprise workflow orchestration wrapped in a polished UI. The product and delivery teams are constantly left holding the bag and are overworked to make these heavily marketed concepts viable in a disorganized ecosystem. Because leadership struggles to form a viable commercial strategy organizational stability is a massive red flag. Based on the frequency of the layoffs and the clear reliance on legacy client contracts just to keep the lights on the operational reality strongly suggests the company has already exhausted its runway. There is zero margin for error left and the business feels like it is operating in survival mode with no clear path forward. Expect a high stress environment where you may face the chopping block the moment a legacy contract fluctuates. Protect your career and your sanity.
