Avantages
Growth. It’s early still in our growth path and feeling the constant change can sometimes be invigorating. Everyone working for the company wants to see it succeed, and wants to provide quality products/service to our clients, nice to have goals aligned. Talent runs deep in the company, and just about every position from sales to office to installation crews has a lot of highly capable individuals. I'm a believer that if you get the right people in the right position, a company cannot fail and it's a big reason why this one is having success.
Inconvénients
Constantly growing can cause stress of course as processes change. All jobs have their cons, but I’d choose this over feeling constrained by upper management or capped by opportunity.
