      Inconvénients

      Backroom meetings. Under-cutting conversations. Blame placed before understanding inter-workings of issues of by top level management. Not open to new ideas. Lack of respect for general staff.

      Supportive, close knit team of skilled people made work engaging and encouraging. Fair pay and perks. Accessible management. Relaxed environment and fun to work at.

      Inconvénients

      Like many startups in the formative process, change was a constant and keeping up with shifting directions was a challenge at times.
