Worst company in industry to work for - Avis employé Construction Materials Technician Rone Engineering Services

This company is awful, i have been here 7 months and since the beginning i was told i would get 40 or 50 hours a week, i have not gotten that since i have been here. The company had a meeting last week that i attended and it was a 2 hour unprofessional meeting of the owner just yelling at everyone. Well maybe if you did not hire people that have half a brain and actually take care of your good people, you would not have this problem, they just recently put someone in charge of training new people because the turn around of people coming and going is so quick, you did not even know some of these people even worked here. You only get around 20 hours a week, not enough to pay bills. People quit daily. The owners want to expand because they want to make more money and not care about their employees so they keep hiring new people when they can't even feed the mouths they have. Management is no help, if you have a question, they get mad that you even asked.
