      easy to move up in the company if you do a great job, discount was 40% off on top of whatever the current sale was.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management had showed favoritism towards certain employees. Training took a while since new stores didn't have policy books or training manuals. company gave little notice when deciding to close business.
