Avantages
As a controls guy you'll probably get to work on some cool stuff and get some good experience. You can definitely learn a lot here and build some nice skills.
Inconvénients
Management was either mostly incompetent or not involved while I was there. Owner is willing to take contracts without a real plan for getting it done, and it'll be up to you to figure it out. Pay is pretty low as well.
