      Supportive management and scheduling. Try to overwork everyone which isnt acceptable always

      They do not have a proper channel of communication which leads to a lot of expectation problem

      Avantages

      The new owners have put a lot into making this property come alive. Pool is open, rooms renovated, buildings painted. They also take great care of the staff.

      Inconvénients

      They do not currently offer health insurance.

      Avantages

      Upper management lived out of state and had full trust in me to operate the hotel with minimal supervision.

      Inconvénients

      High turnover, hotel was rather old, so several complaints from hotel patrons.
